HOUSE OF THE WEEK

9392 Highway 33, Greater Napanee
$1,100,000 | 3 bed | 2 bath | Recently reduced by $50,000
Why it made the cut: Combining 9.5 acres with 226 feet of Lake Ontario shoreline is unusual, even in an area known for waterfront properties.
The 2,100-square-foot bungalow sits close to the water with south-facing views over Adolphus Reach. It offers true main-floor living, expansive lakeside windows and a walkout lower level with workshop space.
The land is the standout feature, offering privacy, room to spread out and direct access to a popular boating corridor connecting the property with Hay Bay, Prince Edward County and Kingston.
Open house: Sunday, June 21 from 2 to 4 p.m.
